Please review these points before confirming your ride, so the fare, route and travel details stay clear.

Fare & KM
Fare is calculated on the distance from your pickup point to your drop point only — you never pay for the return.

Minimum Distance
One way trips are billed for a minimum of 130 km and round trips for a minimum of 250 km per day. Each cab's minimum is shown on the tariff.

Extra Charges
Toll, parking, state permit, hill and waiting charges are extra and paid at actuals.

Waiting Time
The first 30 minutes of waiting are free. After that, waiting charges apply per hour.

Driver Bata
Driver bata is charged once per day of travel and is shown with every fare.

Night Travel
Night charges may apply for travel between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Trip Changes
Extra stops, route changes or additional pickups must be informed while booking. Changes during the trip need office approval.

Hill Stations
Hill station trips may have additional hill charges, and A/C may be switched off on steep ghat roads for safety.

Luggage
Luggage carrier and extra luggage must be informed at the time of booking.

Cancellation
Cancellation is free before the cab is dispatched. Please inform us as early as possible.
